This draft paper revolves around the revised client protection principles.  The principles have only changed in minor ways, and one new concept, non-discrimination, has been added.  Each of the revised seven principles is discussed in detail.  Key terms are defined, strategies for putting the concepts into practice in relation to credit, savings, payment services, and insurance are introduced, and a general guidance is given for understanding the principles.
